Deviation Actions
Whoa, I wrote this journal and went to sleep, because I thought that not many people would want to take a part. Thank you for all the comments, and sorry for all the deviants, who were late. Don't worry, I'll make another one later (but don't know exactly when, since I plan on doing DA giveaway next).

Selene's FearSelene’s Fear
Selene was always afraid of snakes ever since she developed a fear back in the facility when she was young.
Her brother and sister are not afraid of snakes except her.
"What are you thinking about, Selene?" Gamer asked.
“N-Nothing” she shuddered, staring at Kaa with fear in her face.
"What is it?" Gamer asked, noticing the fear.
She was starting to get very nervous she couldn’t take it anymore.
She flew out the door with a fearful scream.
“Oh, boy” Gamer ran out the door and brings her back with his telekinesis.
“Ahh!!! Let me go!” she struggled.
"Not until you tell me what's got you so scared" Gamer said.
She sees Kaa.
Selene screams, "Get that thing away from me!!"
"Kaa, go wait outside" Gamer said.
Kaa nodded and slithered out.
Selene screams and clings high on Gamer shaking.
Once Kaa was outside, Gamer shut the door.
"What was that about?"
“Remember when you pulled a prank on me with that snake of yours?” she
Please vote for my game!
I work in a mobile game company as an artist and the game I was working on since last year got nominated to 'People's Choice, Game of the Year' award. I'd be happy if you'd vote for "Royal Merge!" if you have some spare time :) People's Choice Award 2023 - Vote now! | Pocket Gamer You can download it here for your Android/iOS device :)
Pixiv account (and other).
So, while I don't think DA will cease to exist (and I don't plan on moving for now), I'm dusting off my other social media accounts. Too many of my favourite artists left this site :( You can follow me there just in case: - Pixiv: https://www.pixiv.net/en/users/2879161 I already had an account there, but I didn't use it much due to language differences. Now I see that a lot of stuff is auto-translated, so it's better... and the best feature is THIS You can actually filter out AI art! It's the only big site where I saw a feature like that, so I higly reccomend using Pixiv if you are tired of AI art. - Twitter: https://twitter.com/MonedulaStudio It's a bummer that it's falling apart, but I plan to stick out and see how it goes. I post way more sketches and wips there. - Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/monedula_nidum/ Personally, I dislike the fact that the art there is so small and limited to a square format. It's not my fav service, but I'm still present there. - Art
My take on 'Noai' and 'Opt-out' blunder.
What a day it was, what a day. DeviantART's annoucement regarding their AI policies and new AI service was a textbook on 'How not to communicate controversial site changes'. Their first post about the 'Opt-out' was lackuster at best. They didn't read community voices about AI topic carefully enough. AI usage is controversial and people in the artist communities are leaning negative on this topic (while AI tools might be useful, let's face it - it's internet, it will never be used with good intentions only). Users spoke their mind clearly, when DA was asking them what they think in their journals. They did notice we're anxious about it, but didn't take it as seriously as they should. The 'noai' initiative is a GOOD thing itself. DeviantART really IS the first art site that introduced a tool to mark your pictures with 'I don't want my works to be scraped into the AI algorithm'. There is no guarantee, that your works won't be used, but it's good to have the ability to at least have a
Weekly CORE membership giveaway
Since I have nothing interesting to do with DA fragments, I decided that I will be giving away one-month CORE memberships every week (it may change, depending on how many people will take a part in it). Giveaways will be announced via Status update ( one is now active under this link: https://www.deviantart.com/noire-ighaan/status-update/Weekly-CORE-giveaway-for-my-935945704 There are only three rules to take a part in it: You have to be my watcher You need to comment on the active status update You need to have at least one deviation in your gallery, since it needs a diamond badge to work. So good luck :)
