Noire, one of main characters from Multiworld Chaosrise, brand new (currently in beta testing stage) danmaku game from Multiworld's Project team.

Stay tuned, because me and =niziolek are going to introduce you to this title very soon. Cool, I love the energy in this picture, and the use of the deep ocean blue and fuchsia, it creates a really cool effect for a sorceresses dress.
