So before releasing the novel I decided to fix some stuff. One of my CGs is totally redrawn ( this one: ), some of them got minor fixes etc. But this one is really bugging me, cause I don't know what to do. I suck at drawing animals and I know that something is off with her face, but I'm not sure how to fix this :/ Anybody can help me? Do you guys have links to some usefull tutorials? Any tricks and tips how can I fix that?
I'm not positive but by the looks of it, if you straigeten the black part that leads to his nose on "his" left eye it may make the muzzle looked more shaped, its a minor fix but I believe it would help ALOT! I hope this helps
The best suggestion I can give you for tips, is to research actual snow leopard faces in a google search, (for its easiest, and quickest) the muzzle seems a little off, and the eyes, but I too suck a animals, and yours is vastly batter then mine!
the cats right eye ( the one nearest to the edge of the pic) is higher up than the other one, it would probably look more natural if either it was brought down or the mouth was rotated clockwise and moved over a bit hope this helps
The placement of the features suggests that the animal is facing forward, but the angle of the head itself suggest that is in 3/4. So my suggestion would be to turn the face to 3/4 view by moving the nose over slightly and making the eye on the left a tad slimmer So it looks like not only is the cat looking that way, it's head is facing that way as well. I hope this helps ^^
Well, if you want her head to be adjusted, if you want it a little realistic, you could add a bit more fur, and have it go in all different directions, since there'e a snow storm(?). You don't want the fur to seem flat and lifeless. Try that x'P.
